When you spend almost 200.00 dollars on a bed for your dog, one would expect a quality product that would last more than a month but this is NOT a good quality product! The zipper is thin and unable to give you long lasting use. Customer service was SO unprofessional (his name is Deepak, shouldnt be that hard to find him with that name) and told me bc I had my order shipped to a receiver which is what you have to do when you live in a US territory and adds to the cost of your item and considering how quickly the zipper broke, its safe to say I am no longer a n customer if they do not stand behind the products they sell. At the very LEAST, they should know well what quality items they are selling and ones they receive calls from customers asking for assistance. Hate to say it but if I purchased this locally, supporting local businesses, I would have been able to show a human being what 200.00 bought and get a replacement cover. They wanted me to send entire bed, including huge temper pedi foam, and the cost is on me!! I suggested they just replace the defective zipper but they wouldnt oblige so dont waste your hard earned dollars on this product, its crap and customer service is nonexistent. Bye Bezos, youll have to steal out of someone elses pocket!

Our Sheltie loves to be cozy and feel like he is touching. This bed is perfect for him when he cant be snuggled up with us. The memory foam allows him to sink into the bed and the cozy edges allow him to feel like we are right there with him. I added a pillow to it to give him more coziness and he just loves it!! Great purchase and looks good!!

This bed was exactly what I was wanting for my senior arthritic dog. In my opinion it is better than the Casper dog bed as its dense but not too hard. Theres a huge difference in egg crate foam VS memory foam. Our bed is memory foam and that is the quality I wanted for our dog. He seemed to love it as he did not get up from his bed all night. Im extremely happy with this purchase.

Exactly as described. My dog loves it! It was very easy to figure out and put together. My fur baby was a little apprehensive about the memory foam but after a little persuasion, he go into the bed an now he LOVES it!
