No– I didn’t. I am way to human sized to fit in that comfy little pet bed.My little senior Bichon however loves this bed. We have one for upstairs one for downstairs. I have washed the pillow part (which is removable) and it tolerated the washing really well.I would say it keeps him warm as well when he is resting in it.Have purchased many dog and cat beds over these past 40 years and have to say this one is surprisingly well made.As you can see, we got the dark grey and I believe the Medium size. The pictured bichon is about 17 pounds and between a small and medium in halters, pet jackets and such. He is a bit fluffy beyond his coat of fur.It arrived to my door in a much smaller box than I anticipated. But when I broke the plastic seal it expanded open to the expected dimensions. Vacuum packed.Would buy again. Have been in use about 4 weeks as of this writing.

I have always been hesitant to purchase a bed for my cat because she is super picky. She was a feral cat when I adopted her and still tends to be more feral than tame. I was planning on a cross country trip for an extended stay with my daughter and wanted to get a comfortable bed to put inside a crate for this trip. I bought the bed several weeks prior to the travel to see if she would like it. I put it in my bedroom and by the end of the day she was in it and has loved it ever since. It was also perfect for the trip as she had already claimed it as her own and it made the anxiety better for the both of us.When we arrived at my daughters house, the bedroom that was cleaned and put together for the cat and I was already set up with a litter box just for her, so all she needed was her favorite bed. I had been unloading the car and went in to check on her and she was under the bed itself trying to hide and make herself small. I let her be and went back to check on her again later and her bed was somehow under my bed now and she was laying in it with virtually no stress happening. It is definitely her safe space. We are in a home with a resident cat and we have yet to introduce them face to face, but for now, this bed has been a godsend. If my scaredy-cat takes to this bed, then I think it would be safe to say that most any cat would. I am so happy I took a chance and made this purchase. Its a great size and a little big for her but she stretches out and gets comfy. It is super soft and the pillow inside comes out for easy cleaning. Definitely 5 stars!!

What would I do without this bed??This is my pup Toby’s favorite place (aside from next to me when he sleeps… though sometimes he trots down his stairs to the floor to snuggle in this bed if I’m restless and moving a lot. I literally have to take this bed from the living to bedroom at night because he’s very sad without it (someone is spoiled!).He loves to work it around, so the detachable pillow is perfect. With his breed combo (Tibetan Spaniel Cavalier possibly something else since he’s a rescue), he has substantial nailspaw size, and he can really get this in just the right place. It’s held up so well. We joke that Toby’s sleeping in his basket! just because it’s so cozy for him. Well priced, and works great to provide security and comfort. I think he’d truly be forlorn if it ever ceased to exist. He found it very comforting after his best friend sister pup passed away last summer, and when I’m gone, I usually come home to find him fast asleep (with toys snuggled in around him).Toby is 18 pounds, and it fits him perfectly. For some weird reason, none of the many, many pictures I have of him won’t upload, but I’ll try to add some later. Don’t even have to take a picture specifically for this review, because I already have so many of him snuggled in! It’s super durable, if I haven’t mentioned that already.I like it much better than the little orthopedic bed we have, and so does he (even in hot Texas summers).Next time I need to buy another dog bed, I won’t hesitate to go with this one! When I opened the box I was surprised to see that it was vacuum sealed and teeny tiny. Once the package was open, I popped the bed into the dryer to fluff it up. It still looked flimsy to me but when I put it down for my little old lady and she popped right in, ignoring her previous favorite donut bed. I had purchased the bed for travel, and it was noted in the description that it was non slip, which is not true. The bottom is slick and will definitely slide around on my leather car seats but because she loves it so much, I’m going to keep it. BTW, she is a shih-poo, 11lbs and the Medium is a perfect size for her, allowing a little extra room.
