The media could not be loaded. My tester is a 60lb labradoodle named Buzz, who does enjoy the challenge of removing a squeaker and stuffing from a toyPros : Buzz thoroughly enjoyed the toys, and immediately started chewing the ducks bill (where the squeaker is), the feet and the tiny nub wings. You get THREE of these for under 20, so theyre reasonably priced. For a soft mouthed dog (like my golden retriever, who wasnt able to test these due to recovering from an accident) they would last as long as any stuffie type toy. The crinkling sound really attracted Buzz.Cons : The eyes arent sewn on or printed on – theyre only glued on. But I have to say, even after the bill and feet were destroyed, the eyes were still on!! There actually is some stuffing in the feet, so once the feet are chewed open, there will be a small amount of stuffing (ask me how I knowlol!). So I would describe them as small mess chew over no mess chew.Neutral : For a chewer, these wont last long (but that would be said for any similar type toy), as the bill and feet are easily chewed openoff. For my chewer, I consider toys like this disposable. But for my golden retriever, they would last plenty of time. If you have a chewerdestroyer, monitor so that if the bill or feet are partially chewed off, you can remove the cloth.I received these free to evaluate and review, but there was enough good about them (for the price) that I would actually buy them for dog stocking stuffers, even knowing that my de-stufferde-squeaker dog will go through them quickly.

I know whenever I give our Malinois a stuffed toy the first thing he’ll do with it is aggressively mutilate it. Within minutes the stuffing is strewn across the living room. This, though a lot of fun to watch and i’m sure do, is a pain to clean up. The thought of a dog toy wo stuffing had never crossed my mind before. But i guess it would be the solution to the stuffing problem, and when I saw these I thought – perfect! Our dog gets to tear apart a toy and there won’t be as big of a mess to clean. lol Definitely recommend.
