I’ve been going back and forth on whether my shih tzu (at a chubby 17 pounds) REALLY needed this bed or not. She’s getting up there in age so I decided that I may as well bite the bullet now before she can’t get too much use out of it. Honestly, at first she was a little skeptical, which made me feel as though I’d wasted my money on an item I couldn’t use. I put a few of her favourite toys and blankets in the bed the next day, and she gave it another shot. Now, it’s difficult for us to get her to use another bed (we have a few around the house). Before she would take herself to the closest bed and sleep. Now, I constantly see her seeking out the Casper only. She really loves scratching away at the surface of the bed, and it’s definitely held up really nicely against all of her abuse. Still looks new! It’s well made, easy to clean, and the dog loves it! My only regret is that I didn’t buy it for her sooner. If you’re thinking about this item, I would go ahead and give it a try. Your fur baby will thank you!

My dog likes to dig when settling downwhich means Ive gone through an absurd number of dog beds this year.While I have a Casper mattress myself, I was reluctant to spend so much for a dog bed. But after wasting so much money on cheaper beds, I finally gave in, and why do I feel like a fool for not doing it sooner! In fact, within a month, I ordered a second one.The design and cover of these beds are durable, and allows your dog to dig without any destruction. So while it may cost more than other beds, its gonna last. Since my dog also likes to lay up against something, the raised edges are a huge plus.

Il la accompagn jusqu aujourdhui et il est encore en excellent tat ! Je cherchais dsesprment un deuxime panier orthopdique pour le mettre dans une autre pice, mais impossible den trouver un de la mme qualit et du mme confort. Alors quand jai vu que je pouvais le commander sur jai saut sur loccasion et je ne regrette pas du tout ! Exactement la mme qualit qu lpoque. Il est parfait ! Surtout pour les chien plus gs avec des soucis darthrose (ce qui est le cas du mien). Je sais que le prix peut en dissuader plus dun, mais faites-moi confiance, il durera dans le temps !

The media could not be loaded. El tamao es mucho mas grande de lo que se ve en las fotos del anuncio del producto. Puntos extra por el juguete en forma de waffle que viene de regalo! Fcil de armar, el material de la funda se siente resistente y de buena calidad. Mi labrador chocolate inmediatamente se subi, y como pueden ver en la foto, se puso feliz de estrenar cama. I get on these kicks looking at dog beds, in search of the perfect one. I’m not going to say this one is perfect, but it’s my favorite we’ve ever had! We have a 65 pound boxer who is 3 years old. He likes to sleep on anything comfy (that may or may not be made for dogs). As you can see in the pictures, he enjoys his Casper bed! So it is dog approved – he lays on it often and both curls up and stretches out. He likes the bolsters. But I also approve it! I like how thick and firm the mattress is and the 4 bolster inserts. The cover material is sturdy and feels like it’ll last (it’s been in the washer and dryer just once so far), but still comfy enough to attract the pup. I like how they designed the cover and zippers – putting it together is easy and it holds it’s original shape. The only thing I wish is that there was a size between the medium and large. We got the large and I wish it were a tad smaller. But I think the medium would be too small since he does like to stretch out, too. It doesn’t bother me enough to want a different bed. If I do buy him another bed, it will likely be this very one. I’m telling you, we’ve had several brands and styles… And I’m really liking this one. Pricier than I’ve spent on dog beds, but I’m glad I did!

I never write product reviews, but after spending a significant amount of time shopping around for dog beds I thought a review could be useful for others.I purchased this Casper bed, along with a Sealy Lux Quad Orthopedic Bed, to replace two Eluxury orthopedic mattresses that I purchased 2 years ago. The Eluxury mattresses were no longer supportive and my Goldens were sinking into them.I was disappointed with the Casper bed as soon as I opened the box. The bed consists of 5 separate pieces (and a cover) – 1 mattress and 4 foam sides – and the mattress section itself is quite small for a large. Coming out of the box, the mattress looked and felt like a low-quality foam pillow. It was light-weight and seemed flimsy. I unpacked it and let it sit for a few hours to let it expand and take shape….but 2 hours later it was still scrunched, misshapen, and flat. This actually turned out to be a good thing, since it made the Casper bed easier to get back into the box in preparation for returning it. I tried lying down on the Casper myself, and it was extremely uncomfortable. It was not at all supportive and I could feel the hard floor beneath me. The price of this bed is outrageous for the quality; it is worth about a quarter of what Casper is charging.The Sealy, on the other hand, felt heavier and denser than any foam dog bed I have felt before, which is a sign of a higher quality foam mattress. The Sealy bed filled out quickly after unpacking it and was easy to assemble. When I tried lying down on the Sealy it was supportive, without being hard.When I purchased these two beds I was actually more skeptical about the Sealy. I anticipated wanting to keep the Casper and return the Sealy, but we will definitely be returning the Casper and getting a second Sealy.I’m surprised at all of the positive reviews for the Casper. My guess is that these come from people that have not tried out a lot of other foam dog beds. The cover does seem to be pretty nice…perhaps that leads to the higher ratings?
